If you have not yet received an email to schedule a pickup, please check your spam folder for it. Even if you have received notices from us before, mail providers are constantly updating their filters, and an update might have sent the message to your spam folder.

If you have checked your spam folder and the email is not there, please call your pickup library directly so staff can assist you.
