My account shows a book ready for pickup, but I have not received an email. What do I do?

If you have not yet received an email to schedule a pickup, please make sure our email addresses have been added to your address book. Even if you have received notices from us before, mail providers are constantly updating their filters, and an update might have sent the message to your spam folder.
